WHAT’S INVOLVED IN THE LESSON
Today we have another free video lesson for you acoustic guitar players out there! In this lesson we look over the main chords in the song ‘Lucky Man’ as well as how to get the rhythm pattern together. The pattern itself is actually nice and easy, but some of the accents involved in the rhythm make this song a little harder than first meets the eye.
Well, I would pitch this as a beginners song and would slot in nicely into our initial beginners 10 weeks course. However, make sure that you have used the three chords before (G major, D major and A major) as you don’t want to be starting from scratch with those three chord shapes, and learning the rhythm, and learning the ‘sus’ bit, and the accents… it may be too much! So, If you have fiddles around with D, G and A a little bit and want a challenge… give it a go!
